FAQ
Factory Plus is a Benefit Corporation that promotes the growth and development of the Italian innovation ecosystem. Headquartered in Milan's Tortona district, in a completely renovated and redeveloped former industrial building, our spaces are available for temporary rental for private events, and our team can provide comprehensive support for organization and management.
Depending on the configurations, our Arena and Joule spaces can accommodate up to 100 and 180 people at a time, respectively.
Our location is open Monday through Friday during office hours, but spaces can also be rented at other times of the day (e.g., in the evening) and on weekends.
The spaces are on the third floor of Base Milano, within a completely renovated former industrial area of the former Ansaldo plant, just a few minutes' walk from Porta Genova. The spaces are also accessible by car and superficial transportation.
We have hosted and host events organized by companies, organizations, associations, institutions, and startups, such as demo days, workshops, investor days, and new product and service launch events.
Due to the nature of the site and location, only materials that can be transported by elevator or freight elevator can be brought into the spaces.
By partnering with ClimatePartner, we are able to measure CO2 emissions from events and offset them with a climate-supportive project, offering companies that rent our venue the opportunity to reduce their carbon footprint.
