Cariplo Factory for Eni Joule
Created to support the innovative ecosystem of the Republic of Congo, a country where Eni has been operating for many years, “Yasika | L’innovation prend racine au Congo” aims to develop innovative solutions in the fields of energy transition and decarbonization, training a new generation of Congolese entrepreneurs.
The project is promoted by Joule, Eni’s school for entrepreneurship, in collaboration with Cariplo Factory and Seedstars, and with the support of Fondazione AVSI and Beentrepreneurs.


Through Yasika, Eni Joule aims to catalyze local innovation as an essential driver for the country’s socio-economic growth. By providing concrete support to entrepreneurs and people involved in the project, the initiative aims to address contemporary energy and environmental challenges, promoting sustainable solutions with a high impact.

“Yasika, l’innovation prend racine au Congo” is structured around three distinct programs designed to meet the specific needs of aspiring entrepreneurs, guiding them through a process of qualified training, mentoring, and development aimed at promoting the creation of innovative businesses in the sectors of the green economy, sustainable agriculture, and green technologies.
ADVANCED TRAINING COURSE
Aimed at new entrepreneurs, students, and recent graduates to help them build a solid entrepreneurial vision and turn innovative projects into reality.
INCUBATION PROGRAM
Dedicated to startups that are already up and running, it offers strategic support to strengthen existing projects or businesses, improve business models, and define ambitious growth plans in three key sectors: Agritech, Climate Tech, Energy, and Green Economy.
CO-INNOVATION PROGRAM
Designed to identify the most promising startups in the Republic of Congo and neighboring French-speaking regions, promoting the development of cutting-edge solutions through a Proof of Concept (PoC) carried out in collaboration with Eni Congo.
