Graduated cum laude in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, he received his LLM (Master of Laws) degree from the Law School of Columbia University (New York) in 2003. In January 2008, he received the degree of Ph.D. in Comparative Criminal Law from the University of Pavia.
Managing Partner of Stella Law Firm since 2006, he has gained specific expertise, both judicial and extrajudicial types, in the various areas of corporate criminal law.
He has held the position of member of the Supervisory Board of several companies that are part of industrial and financial groups for many years.
FABIO CORNO

Fabio Corno, a certified public accountant and auditor, is managing partner of Studio Corno. For more than 30 years, he has been working alongside companies and entrepreneurs on strategic reorientation, international corporate development and generational transition projects.
Serves as auditor and board member of national and international companies. Since 2005 he has been Associate Professor of Business Administration and Director of the MAIB – Triple Degree Master in International Business Development at the University of Milan – Bicocca.
He has authored monographs and articles on business development, intangible assets, ethics in corporate governance, IAS budgets and control systems.
FRANCESCA MARIA BOSCO

Francesca Maria Bosco, Legal Officer of Factory Plus S.r.l. Benefit Company from May 2021. Graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome in 2015. A lawyer since 2018, he has worked in the family law firm in the area of civil and commercial law.
He received his LLM (Master of Laws) degree in Law of Internet Technology from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan in 2020.
